My fav dessertFudgy Brownies ♡ "Every friend group has that one dessert everyone associates with someone. For her, it's fudgy brownies— rich, warm, and impossible to say no to." Ingredients ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp baking powder ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended ♡)Method 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8- inch pan with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. 3. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla. 4. Gently fold in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. 5. Stir in the chocolate chips for extra gooeyness. 6. Spread the batter evenly into the pan. 7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft. 8. Let the brownies cool before slicing—the wait is worth it.
