Beyond Training is a magazine created by Letizia's Training & Development. It tells the stories of students, trainers, employers, families, and communities in regional Victoria. The first edition is from September 2026.
The cover story describes 23 students who attended three days of practical cleaning training at Eaglehawk Football Club. All students returned each day. The training covered windows, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spaces.
Students learned by doing, working together on real cleaning tasks. They practiced color coding, correct equipment use, and safe cleaning methods. The focus was on building confidence and practical skills for the workplace.
Other sections in the issue include Student Voices, Skill Spotlight, Little Miss (psychology and wellbeing), Bertram's Kitchen (hospitality and food), Dale's Safety Corner, The Week That Was, Marz Out and About, and Upcoming Training courses.
The magazine also features profiles of people like Miss Tiffany, Dale, Bertram, and Karmen. There is a Skill Spotlight on barista basics, covering grind size, tamp level, and milk texturing.
