A portfolio by interior designer Jaselyn Rhines, updated September 2026. It presents ongoing and completed residential design projects for private clients, including the McGough and Lueders families, with project locations in Pennsylvania.
This is the 2026 professional portfolio of interior designer Jaselyn Rhines, updated in September 2026. It is intended for prospective clients and collaborators to review the designer's recent residential work.
The portfolio opens with a table of contents listing projects from July 2026 back to Fall 2023. The first featured project is the McGough residence in Hanover, Pennsylvania, ongoing from July 2026. Design areas include the foyer, breakfast nook, dining room and living room. The style is Mediterranean, using natural wood tones, creamy neutrals, soft yellow and blue, with gold and rattan accents.
Initial schematics for the McGough project show a window bench in the dining area, window benches and a tall cabinet display in the breakfast nook, and a fireplace with built-in storage. Elevations detail panel moulding, crown moulding and cabinet door styles. Finish selections focus on light airy colors, durable fabrics for children and pets, wallcovering for the powder room, and natural shades and materials.
Client preferences for the McGough project include rounded corners for kid-safe spaces, natural wood and basket accents, budget-friendly selections for built-ins, and furniture that increases seating while coordinating with existing pieces. Furniture and lighting selections are presented on the following page.
The second project is the Lueders bathroom renovation in Wayne, Pennsylvania, designed by Rineer Designs and drafted by Jaselyn Rhines, running from July to August 2026. Design areas are the primary bath and primary bedroom. The style is mid-century modern with statement tiles and wallcovering, using slate, terrazzo, walnut, brushed nickel and blue accents.
Construction documents for the Lueders project include removing the existing built-in tub, demolishing the shower, adding a new built-in and accent lighting, and adding an enclosed toilet for privacy. The portfolio continues with additional projects listed in the table of contents.
