Happy Retirement!
Dear Thathi, Congratulations on such a dedicated and committed career at RMIT! We can only imagine how grateful your coworkers are, seeing how hard you have worked and how deeply you have cared about your students in the past 25 years. Your students may not see the late nights, administration struggles and meetings you have endured, but we do and we are so immensely proud of those efforts. It is an amazing achievement to have given so much to the RMIT, and to have built a work family there. We hope you can have the relaxing retirement you deserve, and take the time to travel the world! Take in the song of the birds when you wake, Get in touch with an old friend or two, Learn to do something you’ve not done before, Find adventure in all that you do! So much awaits you around every bend, There are so many places to see! Travel afar... if that is what suits you, Or read by the shade of a tree.
