COMCO MICRO MACHINE Micro Ingredient Machine - an automated weighing and dispensing system that meters very small- inclusion of drugs and trace minerals into feed batches with gram-level accuracy. HOW IT WORKS • Individual hoppers/bins, one per ingredient • Load cells weigh each ingredient into a collection hopper and then pushed into the mixer via water delivery system • Batch controller (tied to your ration/feed software) calls the recipe, machine weighs each item in sequence, dumps into the batch THE CORE PROBLEM IT SOLVES • Eliminates extra handling touches in the supply chain. Instead of have a supplement manufactured at a feed mill and delivered to be mixed in the ration. The micro ingredients are delivered direct to farm.
