SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY • DISABILITY INCLUSION 01 A STEP FORWARD Sometimes, sustainability begins with one person. Every day, we talk about building a sustainable organisation. But what does sustainability really mean? Sometimes, it means more than reducing waste or protecting resources. Sometimes, it means helping a person move forward. A prosthetic leg was provided to an employee facing a mobility challenge, supporting greater mobility, independence and confidence. This was not simply assistance. It was an opportunity to restore possibility. SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY • GENDER & MENSTRUAL WELLBEING 02 BREAKING THE SILENCE, BUILDING DIGNITY Sometimes, the most meaningful workplace support begins with noticing what people don't say. At work, some needs are rarely spoken about—but they matter. For our female employees, access to menstrual hygiene products is one such everyday need. We recognised that a lack of access at the right moment could create unnecessary discomfort and hesitation during the workday. So, we turned a quiet need into a thoughtful wellbeing initiative: Sanitary napkins are being made available to our female employees. A simple initiative. A meaningful expression of care. DIGNITY AT WORK We care. We respect. We empower. Social sustainability means creating a workplace where everyday needs are understood, respected and supported.
