Golf, Dining & Lodging Guide 2026-2027 Season
GolfTee Times at Old Barnwell are available Tuesday through Sunday. Tee Time Reservations & Guest Information Member Tee Time Booking: Members have the option to book a tee time with up to 3 guests or members through our Website https://member.oldbarnwell.com/ or through email at teetimes@oldbarnwell.com Members will have the ability to book tee time reservations from September 8th, 2026 - June 27th, 2027. Tee times from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM will be reserved for lodging guests. Any unbooked times will become available to all members fourteen (14) days in advance. Post golf, guests will not be permitted on property without a member present. All groups that contain more than 3 guests will need to be booked through teetimes@oldbarnwell.com Any request to book groups with more than 7 guests must be approved by the Director of Golf , Kitty Nicastro - kitty@oldbarnwell.com or Head Golf Professional, Jason Lundbeck - jason@oldbarnwell.com. Groups with more than 4 players will be required to take caddies at all times. Groups with more than 8 players must play after 12:00 PM during peak playing times. These peak times are at the discretion of the golf staff. Unaccompanied Guest Play: Up to 3 unaccompanied groups are allowed per day based on availability. Members are allowed to sponsor up to 8 unaccompanied guests per season. Any unaccompanied guest fees along with food & beverage fees will go on the member account. During peak playing times in the Fall and the Spring, all unaccompanied play must start after 12:00 PM. Unaccompanied groups can only be booked with the Director of Golf, Kitty Nicastro or Head Golf Professional, Jason Lundbeck.
Unaccompanied groups can only be booked one month, 30 days, in advance. Unaccompanied groups must take caddies. All members are responsible for the behavior of their accompanied and unaccompanied guests. Reservations during the founding member period must be made through EMAIL ONLY. Tournament Registration Tournament registration will open 3 Months (90 days) in advance. All tournament registration will be done through Golf Genius using the GGID: OBEVENTS Please note: Registrations made by phone or email will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy • 24 hours or more notice – No charge • Less than 24 hours notice – Full charge. This includes all guest fees and caddie fees. We understand that plans can change and emergencies happen; however, this policy will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all members. All members are responsible for the behavior of their accompanied and unaccompanied guests. After Your Tee Time Reservation is Confirmed We encourage you to secure your lodging and dining reservations promptly to ensure your trip is fully planned. Email dining@oldbarnwell.com for your dinner reservations. Email lodging@oldbarnwell.com for your overnight accommodations. Thank you in advance for your patience—we anticipate a high volume of requests and will respond as quickly as possible.
DiningDining Reservation Guidelines To help us provide the best experience possible, please review the following dining reservation policies: Dining reservations should be made by emailing dining@oldbarnwell.com. Reservations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 14 days prior to your preferred date. If you are a lodging guest, please refer to separate lodging guidelines. Unfortunately, same-day reservations cannot be accommodated. Dinner seating begins at 5:00 PM. Reserved seating is available in the main dining room and on the outdoor patio. The main bar is open for first-come, first-served seating. As a reminder, all members must notify the club of their arrival plans prior to coming on property. Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled within 12 hours of the reservation time. A fee of $25 per person will be assessed for no-shows. Any party that arrives 30 minutes past their scheduled reservation time will be considered a no-show and will be assessed the no-show fee.
LodgingThe Lodge will open on Tuesday, September 8th. Lodging Details & Guest Information Overnight accommodations are available Tuesday through Saturday nights. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you arrive prior to check-in, you are welcome to store your luggage in the designated storage room located in the clubhouse. On the morning of departure, we kindly ask that all luggage be moved to your vehicle or returned to the storage room so our housekeeping team can prepare for incoming guests. Group size may not exceed 8 and must include a member on site. Lodging Rates King Room – $275 per night Double Queen Room – $275 per night Family Suites (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchenette) – $1,200 per night 8-Bedroom Cottage – King Side: $2,100 per night | Double Queen Side: $1,600 per night 4-Bed Cottages – $2,100 per night Well-behaved pets are permitted in designated accommodations with prior approval. A $75 pet fee applies, and pets must remain under leash or voice control at all times. Please clean up after your pets. Booking Timeline • Monday, July 27 | 8:00 AM Founding members may request their first reservation. • Monday, August 3 | 8:00 AM All members may request their first reservation. • Monday, August 10 | 8:00 AM All members may request their second reservation.
• Monday, August 17 | 8:00 AM All members may request their third reservation. Please note: Emails received prior to the designated opening times will not be accepted and will be removed from the queue. Once you have secured three reservations, we kindly ask that you are mindful when requesting additional bookings. To ensure fair access for all members, restrictions may be applied if excessive bookings or cancellations occur. Reservations for club events will be handled through a lottery system and cannot be reserved at this time. How to Make a Reservation To request lodging, please email lodging@oldbarnwell.com. Reservations will be confirmed in the order emails are received. While we are happy to answer questions by phone, all reservations must be submitted via email at this time. To help us process your request efficiently, please include: • Preferred date(s) of stay • Number of guests and their names • Ideal room configuration • Whether anyone is willing to share a room with multiple beds, if needed • Any non-golfers in your group (this may improve your chances for a late checkout) • One or two alternate dates Providing complete details up front helps us avoid follow-up emails and allows for a better chance of you getting the dates requested. After Your Lodging Reservation is Confirmed We encourage you to secure your tee times and dining reservations promptly. Tee Times • Reserved each morning from 8:00 AM –10:00 AM for lodging guests • Email teetimes@oldbarnwell.com to reserve • Unclaimed times will be released to non-lodging groups 14 days in advance Dining • The clubhouse opens at 7:00 AM. Reservations are not required for breakfast or lunch • Dinner service is available Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 5:00 PM • Bar service is available daily from 10:00 AM until closing • Dinner reservations are required; email dining@oldbarnwell.com • Lodging guests who book dinner at least 14 days in advance will have guaranteed access • Remaining availability opens to non-lodging Members 14 days prior Please note: Outside alcohol is not permitted on property.
