Our aim is to support your academic, professional, and personal development in a learning environment guided by Islamic values, professionalism, mutual respect, and excellence. A C A D E M I C E X P E C T A T I O N S • Attend all lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, and assessments punctually. • Maintain a minimum attendance of 75%. • Complete assignments, mock examinations, and coursework within the stipulated deadlines. • Take responsibility for your own research, revision, and academic progress. A C A D E M I C I N T E G R I T Y • Students are expected to demonstrate honesty and integrity in all academic work. • Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, collusion, or falsification of records is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. S T U D E N T C O N D U C T • Uphold good character, professionalism, respect, integrity, modesty, and responsible conduct at all times. • Respect the Islamic ethos and values of the College. • Treat fellow students, staff, visitors, and College property with respect. • Refrain from violence, harassment, discrimination, victimization, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour. • Represents student interests and serves as a communication channel between students and Management. • Student representatives may assist in planning approved academic, sports, and social activities. A T T E N D A N C E & A B S E N C E • Students should attend all sessions punctually. • Absences should be communicated to the College in advance where possible. • Medical absences may be supported by documentation from a qualified medical practitioner. • Extended absences should be communicated through the student or sponsor. D A T A P R O T E C T I O N & C O M P L A I N T S • The College processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements. • Students must not record, photograph, video, or share personal information without consent. • Students may raise concerns, complaints, grievances, or appeals through estab- lished procedures without fear of retaliation. • Appeals against disciplinary decisions must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of notification.
