Complete and pass the 30 dementia training courses Do an interview with Corey Tague and get dementia training sign-off Receive at least one (1) verified client compliment Must have no verified client complaints Must have attended at least three (3) Dementia Zoom Classes Must be compliant with HCP Training courses Maintaining good standing with Right at Home DFW Must be actively taking shifts and fulfilling scheduled at all times Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and reliability Meet company performance expectations in quality of care and reliability assignments 5
