Since then, our range of treatments has expanded and continues to grow. In 2024 Drayton Surgical became Drayton Skin Clinic to enhance the specialist treatments we offer. We already have plans to expand our range of services further in the coming months. We offer a range of treatments carried out by specially skilled staff members these include minor surgery, micro suctioning of ears and cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. Minor surgery costs depend on the size and number of lesions, as well as the time required for the procedure. When you enquire about an appointment, you’ll be asked to email a photo of the lesion(s) you wish to have removed. Once reviewed by a doctor, a member of our team will contact you with a price estimate and available appointment dates. If you would like the removed lesion(s) sent for histology, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please speak to a member of staff for more information. We offer a wide range of procedures. What to Expect On Arrival When you arrive, please check in with Reception. You may be asked to complete a short medical questionnaire before your appointment. Your Consultation & Procedure You will then be shown through to our Treatment Room, where you will be welcomed by Dr Teoh and her assistant. Dr Teoh will talk you through the procedure in detail, including the method of removal, expected recovery time, and any potential risks associated with the treatment. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have, so you feel fully informed, comfortable, and confident about what will happen during and after your appointment. Medical Aesthetics Always Performed by Fully Trained Doctors It varies depending on the procedure you have. For Anti Wrinkle Treatment we recommend booking a review appointment 2 weeks after, if your treatment needs to be topped up, it needs to be done in a 2 week window. For other types of procedures, it can take a few days to a few weeks to see the results. Some treatments work best as part of a series of treatments and others are needed less regularly. Aesthetic medicine extends beyond cosmetic enhancement. We provide treatments using Botulinum Toxin Type A for specific medical indications. Hyperhidrosis is a recognised condition characterised by excessive sweating, which can significantly affect an individual’s daily functioning and wellbeing. We also offer Botulinum Toxin Type A treatment for chronic migraine. While these treatments are not curative, they are clinically recognised for reducing symptom severity and frequency, offering patients measurable relief and improved quality of life. All treatments are delivered by qualified and experienced clinicians following a full medical assessment and suitability screening. Anti Wrinkle Injections Aesthetics Procedures When small facial muscles are repeatedly contracting (for example when frowning or squinting), lines and wrinkles can form. By relaxing these muscles, the overlying skin appears smoother. Polynucleotides Always Performed by Fully Trained Doctors Dermal fillers are injectable gels, most commonly made from hyaluronic acid — a substance that occurs naturally in the body. Hyaluronic acid attracts and retains water, helping to maintain hydration, structure and volume within the skin. As we age, natural levels of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid reduce. This can lead to volume loss, skin laxity and the formation of deeper lines and folds. Dermal fillers work by restoring lost volume, enhancing structure and supporting the surrounding tissue. It is typcially used for volume loss, softening of deeper lines and by supporting skin from beneath. Treatment involves carefully placed injections to target areas. Most filler contains local anaesthetic for comfort. Results visible immediately and once swelling settles you will see the final result within 1-2 weeks. Results typically last for 6-18 months depending on the product used and area treated. Polynucleotides are highly purified fragments of DNA, typically derived from salmon or trout, that are used in regenerative aesthetic medicine. They are biostimulators meaning they stimulate the skin to repair and regenerate itself rather than simply adding volume. When injected into the skin, polynucleotides work at a cellular level to: Stimulate fibroblasts (the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin) Improve tissue repair and regeneration Increase hydration within the skin Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress Rather than changing facial shape or relaxing muscles, polynucleotides improve overall skin quality and health.
