This is a one-page reference chart listing developmental milestones for children from birth to 5 years old. It is intended for medical students, pediatric trainees, or healthcare professionals who need a quick overview of typical child development.

The chart is organized by age, starting at 2 months and progressing through 60 months (5 years). For each age, milestones are grouped into four domains: gross motor, fine motor, communication/social, and cognitive/adaptive skills.

Examples of milestones include lifting the head when prone at 2 months, rolling front to back at 4 months, sitting with support at 6 months, pulling to stand at 9 months, and walking alone at 12 months. Later milestones cover running, tricycle pedaling, hopping, and skipping.

Communication milestones progress from alerting to sound and social smiling at 2 months, through babbling, first words, two-word combinations, to five-word sentences by age 5. Social milestones include stranger anxiety, parallel play, and cooperative group play.

The chart also covers fine motor skills like grasping, pincer grasp, scribbling, and drawing shapes, as well as adaptive skills such as self-feeding, dressing, and tooth brushing. All milestones are presented in a compact, at-a-glance format.
