A TOKEN OF APPRECIATION TO TALENT DISCOVERED We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Tshepiso King Mokgakala from our Service Department in Midrand, for transforming a simple wall into a powerful, inspiring masterpiece titled Transformation in Unity. Tshepiso’s artwork is a vivid celebration of Women empowerment, personal growth, and team cohesion. Inspired by John Fitzgerald to create something positive for the workplace, Tshepiso used art as a channel to bring light, colour, and depth into our everyday environment. Tshepiso shared his thoughts on his painting noting key themes & symbolic elements of the art: · Empowerment & Inclusion: Painted around Women’s Day, the central female figure serves as a tribute to women and a reminder of their vital importance to our complete success. · Diversity & Shared Experience: The left side of the piece features varying skin tones, while the right side uses vibrant hues to symbolize our diverse backgrounds, unique personalities, and distinct personal challenges. · Growth & Potential: The white butterflies represent pure, untapped potential waiting to be realized, while the colourful butterflies at the top symbolize fully realized potential representing leaders and mentors who encourage others to soar. · Unbounded Future: The dynamic background reminds us never to limit ourselves and that there is always room to evolve beyond current boundaries.
