The Booking Process We are so honored you are considering us to be a part of your wedding day. Our process is thoughtfully designed to feel seamless, personalized, and supportive from your initial inquiry through your wedding morning. We specialize in luxury bridal beauty and wedding-day concierge services, from Savannah, Charleston, and beyond. Our team is equipped to accommodate parties of all sizes, with additional artists scheduled as needed to ensure a smooth and well-paced experience. Each wedding morning is carefully structured with ample time for every service, including extended time reserved for the bride, allowing for a calm, elevated, and unhurried start to your day. Booking Information a seamless experience 2.Inquiry 3.Secure Your Date 4.Deposit & Confirmation Once secured, you will receive a booking confirmation along with a final questionnaire to gather more detailed information and fully refine your bridal vision. Here's How Our Booking Process Works 2.Customized Proposal Using the details you provide, we create a fully customized, itemized quote tailored specifically to you and your bridal party. You will then receive a proposal that includes your selected services, along with a contract and invoice for your retainer. Once your inquiry is submitted, you will receive our services and pricing guide. You may either choose to do a free 30 minute discovery phone call with our Lead, Bridgett Steel, to discuss details, or have a detailed proposal sent to you. A signed contract and $200 retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. This retainer is applied toward your total balance. We recommend securing your date as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Briar & Bleu Bridal Concierge was created to fill that gap. Our concierge service provides dedicated, personal support for the bride throughout the wedding day, handling the little details that can quickly become distractions so you can remain present, relaxed, and fully immersed in your celebration.
Beauty & Attire Hair and makeup touch-ups, veil and accessory changes, outfit transitions, and keeping you photo- ready. Personal Essentials Water, snacks, tissues, lipstick, phone, personal items, and anything else you may need throughout the day. Wedding-Day Transitions Helping you move between getting ready, portraits, ceremony, reception, and other planned moments. The Little Things Adjusting your dress or veil, finding something you need, helping you get settled, and anticipating small needs before they become distractions. Bridal Concierge is designed to complement your wedding planner or day-of coordinator, not replace them. What does a Bridal Concierge do?
WEDDING-DAY SUPPORT REQUIRED To ensure every wedding day is properly supported, a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator must be present on the wedding day. If a professional planner or day-of coordinator is not present, a Briar & Bleu Concierge is required.
