Step 1: Send Your Details & Inspo Kindly send us the following: Complete wedding details (Bride & Groom's names, date, time, venue, RSVP, entourage, etc.) Your preferred invitation size and quantity Theme or color palette Pegs/Inspiration photos Step 2: Choose Your Options We'll help you choose the best options for your invitation, such as: Paper type Printing finish Envelope (if applicable) Add-ons or special requests Step 3: Quotation Once we receive all the necessary details, we'll provide you with a price quotation based on your chosen specifications. Step 4: Design Mockup A digital mockup will be created and sent to you for review. ✔ You may request revisions during this stage until you're satisfied with the design. Step 5: Approval & Down Payment Once you approve the final mockup, we'll ask for a 50% down payment to confirm your order. Please note: Production will only begin after we receive: ✅ Your final design approval ✅ 50% down payment Step 6: Production Timeline Production starts after approval and payment. Estimated production time: 7–14 business days (depending on the quantity and complexity of your order) For rush orders, please message us first to check availability. Step 7: Balance & Release Once your order is completed: We'll send you photos of the finished invitations. The remaining 50% balance must be settled before pickup or delivery.
