The portfolio opens with a tropical-style subdivision project. It includes a development site plan with amenities such as a tricycle terminal, main gate with guard house, playground, admin and clubhouse, basketball court, gym, and convenience store.
Floor plans are shown for three housing types: the Munag Sumala single detached unit, the Mayari single attached unit, and the Naga rowhouse unit. Each plan details rooms like bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, living area, toilet and bath, carport, laundry area, and lanai.
The hotel section features Japandi-style interiors. Room types include couple room, twin room, deluxe premium floor room, and penthouse. Floor plans show sleeping area, toilet and bath, dining area, balcony, mini lounge, and vanity area.
