This is the official matchday programme for Shawbury United Ladies versus Bridgnorth Spartans Women, played on Sunday 4 October 2026 at the Shawbury United Community Sports and Recreational Centre. It is produced for fans, players and club supporters attending the game.
The programme opens with a welcome note from the Ladies manager Adam Harris, who reflects on a positive result against Dawley and introduces new signing Hannah Moule. A sponsor acknowledgement and a light-hearted 'Facts Teammates' section follow, featuring player profiles, nicknames and in-jokes about music, dancing and dress sense.
A full player profile is given for Danni Smith, a left-footed midfielder who lists her previous clubs (Walsall, Sporting Khalsa, Shifnal, Shrewsbury Town), pre-game meal and self-assessed strengths and areas for improvement. The programme then presents a detailed history of Shawbury United FC, founded in 1992, tracing the club's rise from the Shrewsbury and Shropshire Alliance through the West Midlands League to the Midland Football League, including FA Vase runs, ground moves and management…
The history continues with the club's relocation to a new ground in Shawbury, development of junior and women's teams, and recent coaching appointments. The final visible content mentions 'Dr y Cupping', likely a treatment or therapy reference.
