08 TIMELINE Mid–Late July — Generate Initial Interest Launch the teaser reel through a paid Meta campaign, directing audiences to register their email and receive the next reveal. Now through Late July — Define the Brand Finalise the venue name, brand identity, visual direction, positioning and key messaging to create a distinctive premium presence within the Chalk Hill portfolio. Early August — Build the Audience Launch the branded landing page and email journey, supported by atmospheric social content centred on the Chalk Hill landscape, privacy and anticipation. Early–Mid August — Reveal the Venue Introduce the venue name and identity, followed by its exclusive positioning, Blanco Horner hospitality and the vision for the wedding offering. Mid-August — Open Priority Registrations Give the early-access database the first opportunity to register for the Wedding Open Day before releasing limited places publicly. Late August — Build Momentum Reveal selected suppliers, menu inspiration, focus on Chalk Hill wines, supported by partner promotions. Early September — Drive Urgency Promote limited remaining places, release final event details and follow up with qualified couples ahead of the Wedding Open Day.
