Overview The NSF Portal, developed by the Department of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is a centralized digital platform designed to streamline the administrative functions of National Sports Federations (NSFs) across India’s dynamic sports ecosystem. This initiative marks a significant step toward modernizing sports governance through automation, transparency, and efficiency. The portal offers a single-window system for key operations such as: ✓ Annual renewal of NSFs ✓ Issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for international multi-sport events ✓ Database of International Relations ✓ Knowledge Base ✓ Additional features to be introduced progressively Aligned with the National Sports Development Code of India, 2011, the portal ensures compliance and promotes good governance. It facilitates paperless workflows, enabling faster proposal processing, real-time communication, and eco-friendly operations. Recognized NSFs play a pivotal role in governing sports disciplines, selecting national teams, organizing competitions, and hosting international events. The NSF Portal supports these functions by providing a robust framework for monitoring adherence to the Sports Code and Olympic Charter. By integrating technology with policy, the NSF Portal empowers federations and the Department of Sports to collaborate more effectively, fostering a transparent and accountable sports administration landscape.

Dashboard After login, the dashboard gets opened for the federation, displaying the new features added for them. 2.3. International Sports Relations (IR) Module Click Feedback on the left navigation panel to view the list of Feedback forms.

Administrative Member Details Upon clicking the International Sports Relations, user will see the list of submenus. Click on Administrative Member Details. A list containing the previous entries will appear in right side panel. The list will appear blank first time. Click on Add New to create a new entry. A form will appear. Fill the details. Click on Choose File to upload the pdf file. File size must be 2 MB or less. Upon filling all the details, click Submit. Click on Cancel to discard the form. To Edit the existing data in the list, click Edit. Upon clicking the edit, user shall be able to edit the field to input revised data. Click submit to update the information after editing. The Remove Button provides functionality to remove the entry. User will be asked to confirm upon clicking the remove button. Click Yes, remove it to delete the information or click No, to retain it. Once removed, the information cannot be retrieved.
