My interest in architecture developed through my passion for sketching and painting, where I began noticing the relationships between art, form, and physical spaces. This gradually shaped the way I approach design, using model making and volumetric explorations to test ideas and integrate sustainability into the built environment. I enjoy exploring tangible, hands-on architecture that balances creative intuition with sustainable details, and I am eager to grow professionally while contributing with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and a drive to learn. 01The Perforated HouseDesigned for a client returning from Australia, this residence prioritizes privacy without compromising onnvironmental quality. The design intent centers on a gradual spatial narrative, utilizing layered volumes and internal courtyards to define the experience of home. To accommodate the client's introverted lifestyle, the architecture looks inward. A custom POP jali facade acts as a permeable threshold, shielding the interior from the street while filtering natural light. This screen, paired with a restrained white and grey material palette, establishes a distinct, minimalist aesthetic. A play of voids, volumes, and screens.

02The Tectonic CanyonThe high-rise designed to feel like a lively vertical neighborhood instead of a typical glass box, this project started with a basic shape-making exercise at the beginning of the semester. By cutting a solid block down the middle, I created a dramatic, open-air central canyon that brings natural light and fresh air into a stacked mix of retail at the street level, office floors, hospitality spaces, and residences at the top. The building stands out because of its strong contrast: the outside walls are wrapped in raw, rusty Corten steel for a tough industrial look, while the inside floors curve smoothly and are covered in green climbing plants. This design blends a strong, protective outer shell with a soft, green ecosystem inside, turning a massive building into a breathing community. Sculpting a Living Ecosystem within the Structural Grid.

03The Community CourtThis project aimed to design a diverse space for encouraging different functions coexisting in a same area. The design made sure that all the spaces are well connected and transitioned in such a way that they have a sense of flow and continuity among them. The existing UPHC was renovated to increase space along with a cafe and multi-purpose hall being introduced to create community engagement and inclusivity. There were also sustainable techniques such as roof garden and urban farming were introduced so the natural environment of the existing site stayed intact. the space as a whole was made to engage crowds of different age groups in the ways that they need. Designed for Gathering, Healing & Exchange.

04AntarGrowing up in Odisha and spending much of my life in Bhubaneswar, I have closely witnessed the city's rapid urban transformation and the evolving aspirations of its people. The announcement of the live project by the Odisha Government for a new city inspired me to explore how future housing could move beyond conventional apartment developments. This thesis proposes a 4-acre prototype within the larger 50-acre master plan as a scalable model for future phases of development. Rooted in the concept of "Nature as a Layer," the project envisions an organic, multi-generational residential habitat that brings together luxury residences, elderly housing, and studio apartments within a connected yet privacy-conscious environment. By reinterpreting traditional elements such as the verandah, integrating landscaped courtyards, community plazas, and climate-responsive spaces, the design seeks to create a contemporary living ecosystem that fosters interaction, well-being, and a strong sense of belonging while remaining deeply rooted in Odisha's cultural and environmental context. SPACES THAT CONNECT.

FREELANCE AND INTERNSHIP WORKSThis section showcases a selection of my internship and freelance work, focusing on how I translate design concepts into precise, buildable realities. Bridging the gap between academic studies and professional practice, my responsibilities centered on technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. Throughout these projects, I gained practical experience delivering complete working drawings for on-site construction, coordinating functional electrical and plumbing layouts, drafting tailored interior and joinery details, and contributing to facade development that balances aesthetic intent with technical performance.06

07MISCILLANIOUSThis section captures the intersection of academic architecture and independent creative expression. It features a curated selection of 3D physical models crafted during my architectural studies, representing a hands-on exploration of volumetric form, scale, and structural composition. Complementing these design projects are personal sketches and paintings developed as an essential creative outlet during my leisure time
