FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE Swimming Pool Usage Policy 1. Eligibility The Swimming Pool is exclusively for: Flat owners (residents) Their family members Registered tenants residing in Freshia 2. Guests of flat owners may use the facility only when accompanied by the concerned flat. Guests or visitors of registered tenants shall not be permitted to use the facility. All users must obtain the prescribed membership pass or coupon from the Society before using the facility. Registered tenants shall be eligible only if the flat occupied by them has no outstanding maintenance dues. Residents whose maintenance dues remain unpaid for more than two (2) months may have their facility access suspended until all outstanding dues are cleared.
FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE Swimming Pool Membership Card 1 Year Valid Membership Charges for Swimming Pool(Flat Owners & Tenants) Monthly Family Membership (Maximum 4 individuals at a time) ₹500 per family for 30 days. Weekly Family Pass (Maximum 3 individuals) ₹200 per family for 7 consecutive days. Additional Guest Members (Only for Flat Owners) Adult: ₹100/per week (as add-on with 30days or 7days coupon holders) Child (below 10 years): ₹50/week (as add-on with 30days or 7days coupon holders) Swimming Pool Membership Card Weekly Payment Policy Pay First, Then Use. Passes shall be issued only after payment. Every user shall produce the membership pass or receipt whenever requested by the Manager or an authorised representative.
FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE Swimming Pool Rules Shower before entering the pool. Proper swimwear is compulsory. Children below 16 years must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Persons suffering from contagious diseases, skin infections, or open wounds shall not be permitted to use the pool. Running, pushing, diving in unsafe areas, or rough play is prohibited. Smoking, alcohol, narcotics, glass bottles and food items are prohibited inside the pool area. Keep the pool area clean and use water responsibly. Users shall use the facility entirely at their own risk.
FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE GYM Membership Card 1 Year Valid Membership Charges Monthly Family Membership (Maximum 2 Members). ₹300 per family for 30 days. Registration is mandatory for guests 150/month, prior approval is required. Payment Policy Pay First, Then Use. Membership passes shall be issued only after payment. The membership pass or receipt must be produced whenever requested by the Manager or an authorised representative.
Children below 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Appropriate sportswear and footwear should be worn. Use equipment only for its intended purpose. Rerack weights and accessories to their designated places. Report damaged equipment immediately to the manager. Smoking, alcohol, narcotics, food, and glass bottles are prohibited. Users shall maintain cleanliness and discipline. Users shall exercise at their own risk. Gymnasium Rules FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE Penalty A penalty of ₹1,000 may be imposed for: Using the Gymnasium without payment. Allowing unauthorised persons to use the facility. Misuse or intentional damage to equipment. Repeated violation of Society rules. Behaviour causing inconvenience or safety concerns. The Executive Committee are authorized to cancel Gym membership
FRESHIA 2 WELFARE COMMITTEE Liability The Freshia 2 Welfare Committee shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising from the use of the Gymnasium. Amendment The Executive Committee reserves the right to amend this policy whenever necessary. By Order of the Executive Committee Freshia 2 Welfare Committee Suggested clarification Instead of writing "Guests of registered tenants are also not permitted", you may simply state: Visitors, guests, and persons who are non residents, resident family members, or registered tenants are not permitted to use the facilities. This covers everyone—owners' guests, tenants' guests, and any other non- residents—with a single, clear rule.
