Prioritizes of using local materials Climate-responsive identity Sustainable, tropical architecture that breathes — bamboo, passive cooling, local materials, resilient to tropical climate such as Asia’s country. Collaborative team model Multidisciplinary, lean, and networked — architects, engineers, and allied services. A variety of services that can cater different needs or requirements of clients Market is moving toward us Resorts, vacation homes, commercial & hospitality Aklan / Boracay and Philippines pipeline: distinct identity over generic boxes, it define the local tropical standard. Eco + Resilience demand Growing client seeks for passive cooling, local source materials, and typhoon - smart detailing. Blue Ocean in Visayas Less competition vs. Manila, higher referral potential. The specialist, not one of hundreds. Partnership Leverage Contractors, engineers, and developers looking for design partners with BIM + Site credibility.

Bautista, Berdeguel, Panopio, Rios, Siazar JOTERRA+STUDIO / BUSINESS PLAN 202606 Weaknesses Honest constraints of a new studio Limited manpower and capital Small core team restricts how many large-scale projects we can take at once. Material dependency Commitment to local materials helps sustainability but sourcing specialized imports is harder in Aklan. Weak digital presence No website, curated portfolio, or active socials yet — discoverability is lowdespite design quality. New studio, limited built portfolio Compared to Manila firms with decades of projects, we have fewer completed references. Geographic distance from Manila market Away from the capital's concentration of developers, though this is also our edge in Western Visayas. Threats What can slow us from outside from outside Manila firms entering provinces Larger portfolios, lower perceived risk, aggressive pricing in Aklan + Boracay. Rising costs + supply chain gaps Cement, steel volatility, shipping delays for specialized finishes and systems. Stricter environmental compliance Denser DENR + LGU rules, plus frequent typhoons, floods, storm surges. Tourism + real estate swings Boracay demand is seasonal — economic dips hit vacation homes and boutique hotels first. Rapid tech shifts BIM, visualization, and AI tools require continuous upskilling and licenses.

Bautista, Berdeguel, Panopio, Rios, Siazar JOTERRA+STUDIO / BUSINESS PLAN 202606 Weakness Specific small to medium sized projects Materials that are not locally sourced are harder to come by Environmental Regulations are more strict Lesser Clientele/ Distance Threat Increasing number of competitors Environmental Disasters are more frequent in western visayas than the metro. Number of services can overwhelm or need more upkeep and management.
