CollegeNET conference programme from the Southeast Conference.
This is a two-day conference programme for users of CollegeNET’s academic scheduling and event management software, hosted by the Southeast Conference at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (Rocky Top).
The Monday schedule runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm and begins with check-in and networking, followed by a welcome session. Morning breakout sessions cover topics such as using the Optimizer for classroom assignments, tiered workflow and waitlisting, dynamic reports via webservices and Tableau, and strategies for academic scheduling at Clemson University.
After lunch, a Zoom keynote features a CollegeNET student engagement speaker. Afternoon sessions include panels on keeping 25 Live up to date, and a training workshop on training users. The day closes with announcements.
Tuesday starts with breakfast and announcements, then a panel Q&A. At 11:30am participants take a bus to Neyland Stadium for lunch and a tour. The afternoon includes a campus walking tour and an optional meeting. The programme lists planning committee members from Western Carolina University, CollegeNET, Clemson University, and University of Tennessee Knoxville.
