This is a short children's storybook about a girl named Vicky and her pet snake Zoe. It is written and published by Vicky, intended for young readers. The story follows Vicky who lives in a small village and has a yellow snake named Zoe as a companion.

The first part of the book shows Vicky playing with Zoe, giving him gentle pats and watching him slither around. One day Zoe escapes and Vicky is heartbroken. She searches everywhere calling for Zoe but cannot find him.

Later, Vicky goes to the forest and encounters a fierce tiger that looks right at her. Vicky screams for help as the tiger is ready to pounce. Just then Zoe appears and looks brave and strong.

The tiger sees Zoe and runs away. Vicky hugs Zoe tightly and calls him her hero. They return home together and Vicky is happy. The book ends with the moral: 'What we care for deeply never truly leaves us.'
