Dear Supporter, Imagine walking through the front door of a new home for the very first time. A bedroom to call your own. A kitchen where skills are built and delicious food is prepared. A dining room where stories are told and meals are shared. A living room filled with laughter, friendship, and everyday moments that make a house feel like home. At The Society, we're working to make those moments possible. Thanks to the generosity of Robert J. Toth, we received a bequest that included land in Lafayette Township, laying the foundation for two new Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) homes: The Toth Home and The Heritage Home. These homes will provide safe, accessible, and modern living environments for the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities whom we are privileged to serve. As construction continues, we're focusing on creating spaces that feel welcoming from day one. From activity tables and storage to comfortable seating, dining furniture, and other shared-space essentials, every detail helps transform these houses into homes where individuals can live, grow, and thrive. While we actively pursue grant funding, grants are never guaranteed, and often do not cover the furnishings and finishing touches that make a house feel like home. This is where you can make a difference. Your gift to The Society's Annual Appeal will help furnish these new homes and prepare them for the individuals who will soon call them home. And thanks to a generous matching partner, every donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000, doubling your impact. Together, we can honor the legacy of Robert J. Toth and create homes filled with comfort, dignity, and opportunity for years to come. Thank you for believing in our mission, our team, and in the individuals we are privileged to serve. With gratitude, Shelly Wharton Executive Director
