Shane's Times is a monthly paper from Shane's Butchery & Grill, dated October 2026, Issue No 01. It is written for customers of the butchery and grill, and covers fresh cuts, monthly specials, recipes and community news.
The October edition features the Cut of the Month, which is the T-Bone steak, alongside the monthly specials and a section called What's Cooking? that highlights recipes using Shane's products.
The paper includes a Butcher Tips section with advice on selecting and preparing meat, plus a Community section that reports on what is happening at Shane's.
A braai competition is announced: customers who spend R200 or more on Shane's products can enter by uploading a photo or video of their braai to Facebook or TikTok, tagging Shane's Butchery & Grill and using #shanesbutchery&grill.
Entries can also be submitted by writing a name and contact number on the back of a till slip and dropping it into the Shane's Braai-Off Entry Box in-store.
