"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Psalm 116:15 Biography In Loving Memory of Christopher Iksome Christopher Ikome was born in 1993 in the quiet village of Mokweli, Meme Division, Kumba. At an early age, he was brought to Bonakanda, Buea, by his beloved mother, Madam Rose Etume, who lovingly nurtured and guided him through his formative years. He began his primary education at Government School (G.S.) Bonakanda and later continued at Jarmandale Primary School. Upon completing his primary education, he moved to Bonge Village under the care of his uncle, Mr. Njie, where he began his working life.

Christopher dedicated more than ten years of faithful service as a labourer at the CDC Palm Plantation. When the socio-political crisis disrupted life and work, he courageously adapted and ventured into cocoa farming, where he continued to work diligently to provide for his family. He was blessed with two wonderful children—a son and a daughter—whom he loved dearly and cherished with all his heart. Christopher was a warm, humble, and compassionate man who enjoyed the company of family and friends. His gentle nature, kind heart, and peaceful spirit endeared him to everyone who knew him. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and will be remembered for his unwavering kindness and quiet strength. After a brief illness, Christopher peacefully departed this life on 20th July. Though his passing has left an irreplaceable void, his legacy of love, hard work, humility, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He is lovingly survived by his wife, two children, mother, brother, sisters, extended family, and numerous relatives and friends, all of whom will forever cherish his memory. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen. TRIBUTES A Tribute from His Younger Brother William > "Never forget your dear brother.
