Year of Excellence FLIPBOOK Grade Prep 2 D

FOREWORD As we look back on the months of April, May, and June, we are reminded that some of the most meaningful moments in school life are often found in the everyday. A question asked with curiosity, a challenge overcome with determination, a performance delivered with confidence, a game played with teamwork, or a simple act of kindness between friends, each of these moments has added to the story of our school community. Over the past three months, our students have learned, explored, created, and grown in countless ways. They have celebrated successes, embraced new opportunities, discovered hidden talents, and supported one another through every step of the journey. Along the way, our teachers, staff, and parents have continued to guide, encourage, and inspire them, making each achievement possible. This newsletter is a collection of those memories. It captures the joy of learning, the excitement of new experiences, and the pride that comes from working hard and growing together. As you turn these pages, we hope you see not just events and accomplishments, but the smiles, friendships, efforts, and dreams that bring our school to life every day. Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we continue to create a community where every child is encouraged to learn, flourish, and shine.

From the Principal’s Desk Mrs. Roshini Vijayan Director -TCIS Group of Schools Principal TCIS Sarjapur Road Dear children Leadership is often imagined as something that belongs to a few people who stand on a stage or hold positions of responsibility. But the truth is far simpler and far more beautiful. Leadership begins quietly, in the choices we make every single day. Every time you complete a responsibility on time, whether it is finishing your homework, helping at home without being asked, keeping your classroom clean, or showing kindness to someone who needs it, you are building the habits of a leader. These small, repeated actions create a deep sense of accomplishment. They fill you with confidence and joy because you know you have done the right thing. That is where true leadership begins. Wise choices in friendships lead to wise choices in life. Leadership is also reflected in the way you carry yourself each day. Be punctual. Respect time, because it reflects respect for others. Present yourself with dignity, whether in your words, your appearance, or your conduct. Let your actions speak of discipline, responsibility, and self-respect. These qualities may seem ordinary, but together they create an extraordinary character. Never underestimate the influence you have on those around you. Someone is always learning from the way you speak, behave, and respond to challenges. Your example has the power to encourage kindness, inspire confidence, and make a positive difference. May each one of you discover the leader within yourself, one thoughtful choice, one responsible action, and one meaningful day at a time. With warm wishes Mrs Roshni Vijayan
