CABUTAJE MIXED MEDIA RENDERING Mixed Media Rendering Status: 2 year manual platend About: Mixed Media Rendering Year: 2022 - 2023 VISION Completed during my second year of Architecture, these manual perspective renderings were created using mixed media as part of our Visual Techniques course. The project strengthened my foundation in perspective, rendering, and architectural presentation while fostering patience, precision, and attention to detail. More than an academic exercise, these works mark an important stage in my growth, illustrating the progression of my creative vision and technical development as an aspiring architect.

CABUTAJE SERENITY BEDROOM PROJECT TITLE: Serenity Bedroom Status: Practice About: First Time Practice Rendering Location: Occidental Mindoro Year: 2022 - 2023 This practice render reflects my aspiration to bring imagination into reality through architecture. While it demonstrates my growing technical and visualization skills, it also represents my continuous journey of personal and professional development. Each project challenges me to think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others, reinforcing the belief that becoming an architect is not only about mastering design, but also about cultivating the character, discipline, and perspective needed to create meaningful spaces.
Designed as part of our CADD course, this two-storey, four-bedroom residence demonstrates the integration of structural stability, functionality, and contemporary residential design. The project strengthened my technical skills in architectural planning, drafting, and visualization while developing my critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities.
