The center-based services include the Douglass School Program for children ages 3 to 21 diagnosed with autism. It uses ABA principles to teach instructional readiness, functional communication, social skills, functional academics, prevocational skills, self-care, and independent adaptive living skills. Functional behavioral assessment is the cornerstone for all behavior interventions, and the verbal behavior classification system guides language instruction.

Community-based services include evaluations as an approved clinical agency providing ABA assessment services such as functional behavioral assessments and program evaluations. School-Based Consultation helps educational communities establish evidence-based ABA programs through assessment, clinical oversight, staff training, social skills training, and support for reducing challenging behaviors. The SHARE program (Scarlet Hope for Autism: The Road to Excellence in Education) is an innovative workforce development program that trains Rutgers students and empowers school districts to increase capacity for educating students with autism. It focuses on supporting urban communities in need and aims to transform evidence-based service delivery and educational equity.
