Faulty thinking styles Sometimes our brain tells us things that are not completely true. These are called thinking errors or thinking traps. Thinking errors can make us feel worried, sad, angry, or upset. Everyone has them sometimes. When we notice them, we can choose a more helpful way to think. Remember: Thoughts are not always facts. Write about a time when you had this thinking error and what could you tell yourself instead? (any 3 to win a badge)
Now it's YOUR Turn.... Create your own Venn diagram with times you have been emotional, wise and reasonable.
Seven social media traps
Do the social media traps remind you of any of your friends? Then, think of how you can discuss it with them and see which habit they need to change and how you can support them as a good friend.

A Gentle Reminder Not every day will feel easy and that’s okay. Sometimes things won’t go as planned, and what feels like failure can actually be a step toward learning, growth, and doing things differently next time. It’s also okay to feel a mix of emotions -happy, sad, frustrated, excited, or even confused. All feelings are valid. Instead of ignoring them, try to notice them, understand them, and give yourself the space to work through them. That’s where real strength begins. Remember: You don’t have to have everything figured out all the time. “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”
