Our values We are recruiting board directors who are visionary in leveraging the power of our diverse community, and who have the resolve to drive robust board stewardship. At Resolve Foundation, our vision is to make Hong Kong, our home, a place where everyone belongs and upholds inclusion. We believe that what makes Hong Kong unique is the diversity stitched into its social fabric, and that proactively fostering greater inclusion is key to unlocking a vibrant future for this city. Resolve was founded in 2017, evolving from a startup to a growing organization with now a dozen staff and an annual budget of more than HK8 million. Under our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan, Resolve moved from a single-program offering (our signature fellowship for community changemakers) to a diversified portfolio that includes an Opportunity Fund, public education campaigns, corporate partnerships and a pilot education program in secondary schools. Our collaborative partners today range from the Equal Opportunities Commission, corporates and charities alike, and family foundations, allowing us to leverage resources across the private, public and social sectors to support people along their empowerment ladder towards more inclusive leadership and active allyship. Last year, we launched our 2025-2027 Strategy that will take Resolve to its ten-year anniversary milestone. Be a part of us. 2
