Dame Moore, aka Cheyanne Moore, is a self- taught Los Angeles–based artist whose practice is rooted in identity, memory, and cultural expression. Growing up, Moore experienced art through the people, objects, and bold African sculptures that surrounded her, shaping her understanding of storytelling through form and imagery. Her work centers on expressive figures often adorned with jazz-inspired elements and floral motifs surrounding the eyes—symbols of rhythm, emotion, and transformation.
